Name For Multicultural Youth Leadership Program

Posted by anonymous3 on 250 Points
Hello everyone. We are a non-profit organization in Canada planning to launch a new Multicultural Youth Leadership Program in the upcoming months.

We need help with a name and tagline for this program. There are a lot of youth programs in the province so the words: "youth", "impact", "pathways", "ignite", "Innovate", are already taken by other organizations.
Description of the program: this program wishes to engage 20 immigrant youth in grades 10 and 11 who have demonstrated leadership capacity in a 2 year leadership program. It will be a platform through which immigrant youth will positively impact the province with their leadership while at the same time develop their skills and take their leadership to the next level.

Some ideas we have thought about: "IMleadership" (IM from immigrant), "Ilead", "Young Leaders" tagline example: "Empowering Immigrant Youth" any ideas?

Let's begin by understanding who the target audience is. Who needs to know about the program? Where? Why? What do you expect them to do/think once they are aware of the program? What is the communication objective?

The target audience is youth in grades 10 and 11 (i.e. ages 14-18). Youth will apply for the program and only 20 will be selected. Therefore, school districts, settlement agencies, the whole community should be aware of this program (we need to brand it and promote it).
