    What's the name of your restaurant?
    What does the card entitle the owner to?
    Other details?

    Who is the primary target audience? Where? What do you want them to do/know? What is your objective? Is this mostly to attract new customers, or to encourage loyalty among current customers? Either way, we need to understand who these folks are, what's important to them, their attitudes toward restaurants and loyalty cards, etc.

    And we definitely need the answers to Jay's questions above. Why should a customer want your privilege card? What's in it for them?

    @Yamvin09

    I notice that the heading to your post refers to a loyalty card, but your post itself refers to a privilege card. It may only be a question of semantics, but there is a difference between the two. Are you giving the ‘loyalty’ card to selected customers for, as mgoodman says, to attract new customers, or to encourage loyalty among current customers (where you control the card issues), or will customers automatically get a ‘privilege’ card consequent upon the achievement of some pre-determined criteria (where you do not control the card issues). This is important because in the hospitality industry, the cost of these cards can quite easily get out of financial control. My question to you is to ask if you have completed a worst case scenario to project the cost for x number of cards, the recipients of which will claim their full entitlements.
