Title For A Newsletter For Operations Employees

I work for a beauty company and am creating a newsletter targeting a cross-functional operations team for all of the Americas. The idea is to share the latest news and best practices to connect us as a zone. Please help me figure out a fun but functional title.

    It should focus less on the beauty aspect and more on the functions represented within operations (supply chain, manufacturing, packaging, purchasing, HR, communications) and their contributions to the business (sustainability, advanced technology, profitability, etc)

    We have a similar internal program, we're an energy company with over 8k employees and the direct translation in english is "You Company name" Connections. Kind of represents the bond among all areas. So if your company name is ABC it would be "ABC Connections"
