    What do you want the tagline to convey?
    To who?
    What makes this the (proven) better choice for prospective consumers?

    Effective against many bacterial infections

    We need to know what the rules are for claims for pharma products in the market where you plan to sell. What's allowed? What isn't? Is the target audience mostly physicians, or are you also expecting to advertise directly to consumers?

    Target audience is general physicians.
    Whereas tagline should convey message for protection against bacterial infections.

CAUTION: Before you begin retailing this product, CONSULT LEGAL ADVICE: As of just a few years ago here in the United States, Johnson and Johnson faced somewhere in the region of 3,400 state and federal lawsuits filed by people who claimed tendon damage from this product.

    All of the legal requirements have been done. Levofloxacin is already available in the market from several years. Our company has decided to Launch it now. Levofloxacin is a broad spectrum antibiotic covering wide range of bacterial infections. so we need a Tagline on its Literature.
