Tagline suggestions are offered here freely, with no obligation and without any guarantee that they are unique or registration-worthy. You probably want an attorney to review your tagline if you are serious about wanting to protect it from infringement. (We are marketing professionals, not attorneys.)

A few things to note: First, a great tagline, in conjunction with the brand name, expresses a unique and compelling benefit for your target audience. Often the challenge is to define a specific target audience and the benefit that they will find most compelling. You have to understand the audience at a deep level -- values, habits, practices, attitudes, awareness, behaviors, unmet needs, perceptions, how they make purchase decisions, etc.

Second, a copyright registration does not by itself provide any protection. It doesn't police the marketplace or identify anyone who infringes. You have to do that, and you have to fund the legal representation if you want to defend your registered mark/copy. Often that is prohibitive for small companies.

With all that said, we can definitely help you come up with a tagline that will benefit your business. Let's start with a few questions:

Who and where is your primary target audience? What unique and compelling benefit can they expect when they deal with you? What industry are you competing in? What is your company/brand name? What do the major competitors promise in their taglines? What is your current tagline? Why do you want to change it?
