Why a catchy name for such a important support function? Wouldn't that undermine the professional feel of your counseling?

"Catchy names" are OK for people who don't think they deliver a meaningful benefit. At least you amuse or entertain people with your wit/cleverness and distract them from any consideration of why they might want your product or service.

In your case, I would think you'd want to communicate an important benefit to your target audience. What is that benefit? How will your audience be better off after you work your magic?
