Tagline Needed For San Diego Partnering Conference

Hello,
I need help with a tagline. The conference is an international partnering conference for biotech/pharma companies to connect with VCs and Investors. In years past, it was: The Premier Partnering Event of 2017.

I would like it to mention international but also wanted it to mention pacific ocean/socal/overlooking the cliffs/etc. It's at The Lodge at Torrey Pines and creates a world of opportunity for folks to connect.
