Ideas For Increasing Foot Traffic & Web Traffic

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am Account Manager at a local Hispanic television station. There is a dealership in town that I've been trying to get on the air . They are currently spending money with our competition even though we have better numbers. I've approached the agency and presented them with the idea of doing a promotion for the 2018 FIFA World Cup games . Since latinos are mad crazy about soccer, this will provide the momentum and excitement to motivate shoppers to visit dealer. The agency likes the idea and wants me to do a car giveaway I need some ideas on how I can tie this all together and drive viewers to the dealer, their website as well as engage them through our social media platforms

I am looking for a hook or some other way to entice viewers to visit a car dealer without having to do a test drive.

    A couple ideas…

a raffle off or give away a television so people can watch the game? (Less expensive than giving away a car, and ties into your Soccer theme).

Could you do something with a soccer ball at the dealership, e.g. if they can make a basketball shot by kicking a soccerball, they win something? And you can post the videos on social media.

What about a Spanish-language blog where people can discuss the World Cup games, sponsored by the car dealership?

Can the dealer host a FIFA watching party at the dealership (perhaps for qualified people)?

I liked both responses but I would like a hook to drive viewers , tie in the web and engage viewers during event to watch station.
