Name For Western Themed Scholarship Fundraiser

I work for a community college foundation. The main purpose of the foundation is to raise money for student scholarships. This year we are trying something new. We are putting on a country western dance, prime rib dinner, and live auction to raise funds for student scholarships. This will be the kick off for our areas Cherry Festival (celebrate the harvest of the local cherrys). We are looking for a clever name for the event. Suggestions?

    Cute! However, oddly enough we are not serving anything cherry. We will be serving all you can eat prime rib and sides, doing a live auction, and teaching line dancing. Any other suggestions? I would like the team to have a few to choose from.
