Hospice Capital Campaign

Our major metropolitan area not-for-profit hospice (market leader) continually seeks ways to increase efficiencies, save on administrative overhead and put more resources into patient care and mission-driven activities. To help achieve these objectives, the organization is launching a $7 million capital campaign in 2018 to build an administrative services building located next to our inpatient care center. Owning our own office building will produce long term economic stability. Our current admin. rent is around $1 million per year. We need a capital campaign theme. Any ideas?

    Karnesen, I notice that your post is based on the fact that your hospice is to shortly launch a $7 million capital campaign in 2018 to build an administrative services building, If your hospice has not already given this assignment to anyone, I may be able to help. I am an independent capital raise consultant. I am based in Australia but my consultancy has an international focus.
