Tagline For Biz Offering A La Carte Recruiting Svc

Posted by catecath on 125 Points
I have been a corporate recruiter and launching a new business called Shortlist Solutions. I need a tagline for my business.

My ideal client would be new to hiring, have nobody currently supporting them and either got themselves a stack of resumes but don't know/want to review them or seeking someone to help them with figuring out where to look for candidates. I offer full life cycle recruiting services but break up the options can choose from.

My clientele - small/med size labor intensive biz like consulting co, virtual assistant, real estate brokers. My value - A strong corporate recruiting background
My offering - a la carte recruiting services, cheaper than traditional search firms, emphasis on reviewing resumes/interviewing candidates.

What is the core positioning benefit for your target audience? How will their lives be better when they have you working on the case for them? Your pricing strategy (i.e., a la carte) and the fact that you're cheaper than competition are not positioning benefits. Focus on the unique and compelling BENEFIT they can expect.

You need a tagline that nails the BENEFIT because the company name doesn't suggest one. "Solutions" is overused and general. "Shortlist" similarly can have many different meanings. Together they are "weak soup."

THANK YOU both very much! I like A La Carte Recruiting Services and I will be seeking to compose copy on my website that really focus on the benefits of a la carte recruiting services which I believe is the cost savings for those who don't need a headhunter but just to hire talent on board. Even otherwise, because I have no overhead as a 1099, I can still offer significant cost savings.
