Need A Non-cliche Name For Catholic Ministry

Launching a non-profit Catholic ministry aimed at bringing "those who are stuck in the middle" into a relationship with Christ. Our ministry is just one step along a journey for these people. Our target audience is 20-50-year-olds who have 1) lost connection with the church, 2) stopped participating in their faithlife, 3) lost interest(for a variety of reasons) in their faith, etc.
We know two primary reasons why most people leave the church: a) the music sucks, and b) the priest doesn't effectively preach.
Our ministry goes to churches all over the country, but primarily in the Pacific Northwest USA, for one or two nights during the week to deliver awesome music (we are a group of professional musicians and presenters), a meaningful message that promotes "building relationships helps re-build the church." So during our 2 hour evening events, held in churches, I know kind of ironic, we play secular music with a message that connects people to each other and their faith (because most of those songs are prohibited to be played during the formal structure of the Sunday Mass).
So, not only do we offer quality, cool, great sounding music, our messages are well-crafted and supported by beautifully projected imagery on our screens, along with concert-level lighting to create a relaxed and open atmosphere.
Finally, the third component, is that during our evening events we have people do non-threatening activities that invites them to share their thoughts, questions and experiences around the topics we present. Yes, people will be up out of the pew and moving around during a couple of the activities we present to the audience. We want this to be fun and memorable.
My buisness has been doing corporate teambuilding for over 25 years. People have truly enjoyed the inter-active nature of similar events. In this setting of inviting people back, or into the church for the first time, I realize, we are NOT doing team-building, instead we are doing "community-building" as the Catholic church celebrates God's Holy Spirit divinely present when people gather in God's name.
Looking for a name. Our tag line, we think, is "music, message, meaningul." OK peeps, read and bleed. I'm ready for the feedback. And thank you ahead of time!!!

    Should the name contain the words "Catholic" and/or "Ministry"?
    Is the message "come and see the new church experience" or "welcome back" or something else?
    Are you specifically targeting lapsed catholics or are you welcoming people who simply want community?

    This may not be what you're looking for, but I would challenge your thinking that "two primary reasons why most people leave the church: a) the music sucks, and b) the priest doesn't effectively preach." Yes, those are undoubtedly contributing factors, but they're not the only factors.

    I think it's far more complex. I think churches (and a range of other institutions) have stained their reputation by enabling, condoning, and concealing various forms of abuse to vulnerable people, often children, in their care, over many decades.

    Next, political leaders have been harnessing the power of niche, hardline, religious viewpoints on such issues as abortion and LGBTI rights to create a very vocal following. Many people who followed a religion because they'd been brought up that way, have started to question these often cynical hardline motives. And to question their own belief on one supreme being at the centre of everything. (I don't think this is just occurring in major Western developed countries and religions, either).

    A clash of worship styles has been a problem for all established churches for quite some time now. How worship is conducted is so important to devotees as it expresses the way they relate to “their God”. The young want a service they can relate to which might include rock or gospel/soul style music rather than baroque organ or chorale-style.

    Segmenting the market and having different styles at different services only runs the risk that the different generations never meet together. If the church is to remain an inter-generational family, which is probably a key requirement for its continuity, it requires some flexibility on the part of al members of the congregation to attend services that are not always in the preferred style in order to still meet together.

    In my view, your approach needs to address the reason why so many past members of congregations have allowed their participation to lapse; why and how they've questioned their beliefs, and how you can shepherd them back to the fold in a non-threatening, non-confrontational way.

    Your competition includes secular groups that have sprung up to support people in other ways, for example, Men's Sheds (https://usmenssheds.org/), YMCA/YWCA and so on.

    I think your core value proposition should describe how your prospects will benefit from attendance at your events. Recognise that many are questioning their beliefs. Explain that you are helping people extract meaning from a confused, complicated world, and perhaps to some extent finding inner peace. A lot of lapsed Catholics feel guilty (no surprise there!) about questioning their beliefs.
    Recognise and embrace that uncomfortable feeling, and leverage it not just in your marketing, but in your approach to the events you stage.

    Thanks for the quick posts:

    1) we do not want to use the words Catholic or Ministry. We want to avoid "Christianese." We started with Ignite, but that was used, then Ignite Northwest, already used, Ignite Pacific Northwest, other organizations were using similar titles for their conferences and events. We thought about "M3X" which is at the root of our "how" - "music, message and meaning" but M3X seems masked in mystery and doesn't say anything. Thoughts about M3X? Alot of our support team liked M3X because it sounded cool but they are limited in their branding prowess.

    some good ideas so far - we are looking for something that speaks to the Millennial Generation - hoping for something with a little more pizazz and hipster. We're trying to draw people in to our events. I don't want us sounding like AARP. No offense.

    The word "ignite" is used all over the Catholic Internet sites. A reminder: MX3 refers to our tagline: music, message, meaning.

    At first glance the name could mean anything so it might be ignored by your target audience. If you’re unsure, why not hire a market researcher to test the name with your target audience?
