Fastest way to get traffic to the website is probably with Adwords. Then the challenge is to convert that traffic to purchasers. Make sure the website is solid before you begin your Adwords campaign.

Your thread title is very different than the question you put into your post body. SEO is search engine optimization and there are thousands of articles written about it on the web. SEO is used to achieve a better placement in the search engine results. It can take a long time and a ton of work to get good placement if there are a lot of other websites competing with yours.

SEO can be a good method to get more traffic to your website, but it's not the only one. As mgoodman mentioned, search engine marketing (SEM) avenues like Google Ads (formerly AdWords) may deliver you better results. SEM costs money, so before you make that leap make sure your website content is good and converts. You'll also want to understand how to drive the right traffic to your site and keep your cost per click (CPC) low if you're doing Google Ads; otherwise it can be an expensive move without much ROI.

SEO is the process of making a website visible and reachable on the web. here visible means ranking of your site. so that when a general user search for a query that is related to your service so there your site is visible or show on the first page of google.
In another side, reachable means users visit your site.
