Professional Organizing Company Needs Catchy Tag

Posted by nichole on 250 Points
hello experts!

I am still in the beginning stages of getting my small business up and running. My company is called Beyond the Dust, we are a professional organizing company offering residential as well as business services.
right now i am in my marketing phase focusing on a logo and tagline.
I am having a dilemma with coming up with a fitting tagline. like my logo i want the tagline to be inviting to both my residential and business clients. i would like it to be short and to the point. i would love for it to be catchy and memorable. the company name beyond the dust is a bit abstract so i would like the tagline to make it clear we are professional organizers without actually saying that. i'm not against the term professional organizers being used i just think its a little boring. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thank you all in advance for your assistance!!

As you say 'Beyond the Dust', is quite abstract and really doesn't convey anything positive to prospective clients. Also 'professional organizers' doesn't convey anything specific. What are the actual services you will provide to clients? Who are your ideal clients? Where are you located, which is important if you want to establish a local footprint rather than a regional footprint?

Why "Beyond the Dust'? What are you trying to say to clients by using that abstract name? What's the back story here?

Have you prepared a written business plan for your start-up? If so, have you analysed your competition to identify those points where you have some differentiation with your competitors that you can use for promotional purposes? What are those points?

So you organize closets, offices, garages, and homes? Is that your business?

What is the BENEFIT for your clients of being organized? Do they care? How will they FEEL after you finish working your magic? Do you provide an ongoing service or mostly one-and-done? Where?

Maybe you should re-think the name. It doesn't refer to a benefit, and it suggests that there is still dust after you finish ... just that there is something "beyond" the dust. The mental image is a lot of dust -- perhaps with something underneath or behind it. Yecch!

    You can do better.

Since your name is abstract, why not simply declare what you offer: Cityname Home & Office Organizer?
