Have you asked your hosting company for their help? How do the spammers get into your site? If your site has a place for visitors to post comments, you need to eliminate it or install a security feature that discourages spam.

Close comments. Remove ways spammers can contribute.

    @ harperlola27:
    1. Make sure all your plugins are safe by using their latest version.
    2. You need to set the limits on fields where visitors can input information; eg, if you ask for a phone number, limit the input to numbers so that letters and symbols cannot be accepted; or get rid of the input comments channel completely.
    3. Use a CAPTCHA system.
    4. Keep track of and monitor your backlinks because scammers can use weak backlinks to attack your site.
    5. Make sure your firewall is working properly/effectively.

Your website host should give you advice on these matters.
