    Start by identifying your primary target audience and getting to know them really well. Where are they? How did they find you? What were they looking for? What are their most important needs? What benefit would they consider most important? (Can you provide that benefit in some unique/meaningful way?) What are they currently doing to achieve their goal? Why would they want to switch to your solution?

    Any solid marketing plan begins by really understanding your target audience.

    Start by understanding what your products do, how those products help people solve real-world problems, who your ideal clients are, and what services those people are currently using (and what kind of results they're seeing and getting).

    Then figure out what your company has already done, ask what kind of results those actions have produced, and how you can use SAP's products and services to improve on things for the benefit of all concerned.

    Most important is to understand your clients - who are they? We reccoment to create a "buying persona" first. Than I believe it is about dealing with your customers pains and wishes and that it is great to advice and give good content: [URL DELETED BY MODERATOR].
