Blackpink - Strengths And Weaknesses

Hi, I am a first year Marketing student and now, I have to write a SWOT report about BLACKPINK( honestly, I just need to analyse their strengths and weaknesses). But I'm totally stuck in it. Are there anyone interested in this topic? Could you show me some useful ideas? I'm grateful if you will help me.

    I did study how to write a good SWOT analysis report. Now I basically know how to write it. But the topic BLACKPINK is quite difficult for me. There're not many documents to read and collect information.

    There is information, but you're right – it's not as straightforward to find it if you had another business to research. Consider the business of performance, rather than the performers: Who buys recordings? Who attends concerts? Who buys merchandise, etc.?

    You might start by articulating BLACKPINK's objective. What is it they want? Awareness by a particular audience? Sales revenues? Multiple revenue streams? Profit?

    Then you can identify strengths and weaknesses in pursuit of the stated objective.
