Hello, my name is Carrie Fogg. I own a dairy goat farm business in rural Maine. I am in need of a BRAND name for my goat milk soap business. I am also in need of some idea's for a new and improved Farm business name. Can you help? I have searched many names and brainstormed myself but thought i would check here too since you are the PROS!

Do you want the name to connect to your farm's name (if so, what is the name of your farm)?
What makes your goat soap distinctly better than the competition's?
Who specifically is your target audience: gender, region, etc.?
Is your product positioned for everyday use or as a gift or ... ?
Will your audience need know any pros/cons of goat milk soap (vs. tallow soap, etc.) - or is what you're selling "soap" (that happens to be made from goat milk)?
What type of name are you looking for?
If we provide a list of ideas, what's your selection process/metric?

    Foggiest Idea
Bubble Browsers (goats browse for foliage)
Whatever Floats Your Goat (do any of the soaps float)
    Knackered Nan/Nanny
Nova Hollandia Nanny Goats (Holland played a large role in colonizing Maine)
Mainely Goat Soap (name also allows accessories and collectibles/souvenirs like shirts or stuffed goats)
    Kid Friendly Soap
    Just Kidding Soap
    Goat Ease Goatee Soap
    Clean Climbers/Clambering

Do you have any fun names in your herd or loved ones you want to memorialize?

Do you attend any of the Renaissance or Colonial Faires or participate with the SCA group?

It's really important to identify the core benefit your product provides for the target audience. So who is your target audience? And what benefit can they expect? How will the target audience learn about you?
