Source Of The Paper Form Problem On My Site

Posted by samedyazar93 on 250 Points
Hello everyone,

I can't see the source of the paper form on a page in Google Analytics. That's why I can't use it anywhere else on the site.
Here's the screenshot of the paper form page: https://prnt.sc/7jJ35zPvBxM_
And here's the link to it: https://getgoldenvisa.com/portugal-d7-visa

Is there a solution to this? Is there a simple plugin for this in WordPress?

I would appreciate it if you can help me. Also, please share with me if you know of any similar resources.

Thanks for your help.

I think you're asking about adding forms for your Wordpress site. You're already using Paperform for the "D7 Visa Inquiry" page.

I'm unclear what Google Analytics has to do about your form or if you're wanting to use the same form on multiple pages on your website.

    Can you clarify?

To track the source of paper form submissions in Google Analytics and integrate it with your WordPress site, you can consider the following options:

Implement custom event tracking in Google Analytics to manually capture form submissions.
Use form plugins like Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, or WPForms, which offer better tracking and integration with Google Analytics.
Add UTM parameters to the links leading to your paper form page to identify the source of submissions.
You can also seek advice from web developers or experts in Google Analytics and explore online communities for additional resources and plugin recommendations. Good luck!
