Name And Tagline To Express Uniqueness

Hi All and Best Wishes for 2005!
My NY resolution is to start my on-line business that promotes the concept of Health & Well-being. In essence, I will encourage customers to buy gift certificates to salons & spas across in order to experience the ultimate form of relaxation. At this point, I'm thinking to name the business 'Body & Soul Treats'.
USP: 24/7 tool that helps multi-tasking men and women to give the gift of Health & Well-being to their family, friends, colleagues or themselves.
I kindly ask your help regarding the name and the tagline:
- What are your thoughts on the proposed business name?
- What tagline should I choose to distinguish from competition and to appeal to emotions in the same time?

    how about...........

    "RelacSpa" (from Relax Spa).
    "SoulDance"
