Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I have been in Real Estate in my area for 3 years, part time. I have done well and have decided this is it for me. I am now full time real estate broker and have decided to create a quick catchy logo to brand myself. Something that when it is heard they see me. I am having a hard time coming up tih something new.."Top Producer" is just plain worn out in my area and I want something short and catch to put on everything. I do alot of to the point..Call Heather now to sell your home at the best price fast, etc.. but I want a short catchy phrease to put on everything for quick recognition and one that is not over used. Any ideas? My last name is the same as my company name which is huge in my area, but I want to brand ME not my company name.
