Conference Tagline Needed

My Council is holding the 69th Annual Local Government Conference and I have been charged with giving it a tagline.
The Conference will be attended by 11 Local Government Councils. Guest speakers will address issues pertaining to the future mostly, as opposed to the past which is what most of these conferences do.
I am looking for a tagline which will be provocative, catchy and relate to building communities into the future. We want all delegates to know this will be a challenging conference dealing with the big issues for local government as we look towards the future.

    If they do have a sense of humor as you say what abt.:

    A little on the edge!

    How about ... "Your Council is Dead"

    Follow it up in the keynote presentation to say thats the full context is "Your Council is Dead lucky to be part of a magnificent conference", but also that "Your Council is Dead" is you fail to listen to your communities and move with the times!
