I'm afraid your extra skills will not be very helpful in your new job, unless part of of your offering will be taking a prospect for a sky-ride:).I hope you do not mind my joke.
What you have to do is measure your potential market and see what customer target groups you could aim at.Then knowing that and also being familar with the way your competition is operating, you have to find out what your prospective customers value most of all.Having figured that out you have to come up with a consistent proposition to satisfy those needs and expectations.Then you are ready to push it in front of your customers' eyes.Last but not least see to it that you deliver on what you promise to your audience.

like others mentioned, being Realtor is your primary job, while others help your in promoting your realtor business and add some advantage

coming to branding, have you targeted the section of floridaites you wanna have as clients?? who are your target segment (you have mentioned speaking Spanish, are your targeting hispanics), what income bracket they fall in, what are their preferrences, what kinda home they want, who are current realtors who cater to this same segment, are their any niche in your targeted segment, how you can meet the customers expectaiton, why are you different, what is your USP, what is you Value Proposition?? all these questions need to be answered for this business.

echoing Jennifer, only then you can brand yourself and business. pls dont think that branding consists of a name, logo and catchy slogan. its lot more than that. Branding is about making the customer experience all of what you claim to be and communicate. so there is a lot of activities for branding.

i suggest you to think about all those i mentioned and then come back here sharing your thoughts. then the experts can guide you better.
