Sales Meeting Theme - Product Launch

We are having a national sales meeting in September where will will also launch a new product at our largest show of the year. The sales meeting is the day before the trade show begins so this will be a hectic time for us. The problem is combining a sales meetingwith a product launch and coming up with a theme that will serve both purposes. The new product is a commercial warewasher that uses considerably less water and chemicals than our competition. The obvious theme would be some kind of environmental base but I am unsure of how to tie our sales meeting in with that type of theme. Any ideas would help.

    Leigh,

    You are launching the product - why on a cruise ship theme. You could launch the cruise ship (and your new product) on the water your competitors waste. You could have the competitors be represented as pirates complete with containers of polluting chemicals.

    how much less water is used by your brand, i mean how much water can be save a day a regular standard consumer under standard usage scenario???

    lets say its "one bucket" saved per consumer per day. Then, build you theme around that "one bucket water saved".

    you can develop a gaming scenario prior to the launch meeting in which all your sales team members are to bring in one bucket of water in the meeting and pour in a pool(an empty swimming pool will do good). organize your meeting around that pool which get filled up by the sales team members; and you highlight the USP of your brand of using less water and also the impact of water on environment.
