Tagline For Career Fair Booth

Hi, I am currently a Talent Acquisition Coordinator leading the Campus Programs initiative at a large financial services company. The name of the company is Allianz Life. Our program will be traveling to a number universities this fall and are in the process of building a booth for the various Career fairs we'll be attending. Our hope is to create a catchy, witty, & professional phrase that will lure prospective students for our internship/career opportunities. This phrase we be included on the booth itself. Our culture is work hard, play hard type of environment, yet professional. Any suggestions to help connect with the younger generation, while recruiting quality candidates????

    Try something like "Make Your Alliance with Allianz" or Life Alliance with Allianz Life

    No gimmicks, just jobs

    Having recently survived the whole career fair thing, I can offer some thoughts...

    Career fairs can be the biggest waste of time especially at a large university. In my opinion freshmen got more out of it than Juniors and Seniors looking for careers and internships... that is, the freshmen could load up on school supplies for the next 4 years. Students looking for careers do not want pens, they don't want to hand their resume and talk to someone for 20 minutes for a position that doesn't exist, or be asked "You are majoring in (insert any major), how do you feel about sales?" They don't want gimmicks, just jobs.
