I Need A Powerful Tag Line For A Cad Company

I am writing the welcome page of a computer aided engineering tools and services company. It has to be 20-25 words of a welcome message and then a tag line. I have tried many options but the CEO of the co doesn't like any. He wants words in tagline to be powerful and impactful. Please help

    You won't get much help here unless you can share more information.

    What have you already tried? Why didn't the CEO like it?

    What's unique about this CAD company and its products?

    Who are the customers?

    Does the web copy need to avoid any English wordplay?

    The more you tell us, the better results you'll get.
