Text relevance is the factor that correlates most strongly with a webpage's ranking well in Google search.

That finding is from an analysis conducted by Semrush of 16,298 keywords with more than 100 monthly searches.

The researchers looked at the Google search engine result pages (SERPs) for each keyword and then examined the top 20 positions.
