"Unbossing" is a movement that seeks to shift decision-making from a hierarchical leadership structure to a decentralized, collaborative structure.

To find out whether Americans are aware of unbossing and whether they support it, researchers at Software Finder surveyed 1,002 workers in the United States.

An infographic (below) covers key findings from the research.

It looks at the proportion of people who are aware of the idea and the proportion that think their industry could function well without traditional managers.
