Tagline For A Cafe

Dear Marketing Experts
My husband and I have just purchased an existing cafe called Bliss Organic Cafe [inactive link removed] . It offers fine vegetarian organic cuisine. We will be introducing movie screenings and local artwork exhibitions. Plus the cafe will be a venue for community events. Each month we want to have a different cultural theme: Spanish, Italian, Maroccan, etc. that will be reflected in chef speciality, artwork, music and films screened. The cafe is located off the main street and we need to bring more customers in as at the moment it is pretty quiet. We are looking for a good tagline that we could use promoting the cafe to change the current reputation of expensive meals into a family / community friendly reasonably priced meals.     Phil. We bought the business that is making NO money. The cafe lost some clientele within the last year after the owners changed (*due to prices increase mainly). It is not a posh cafe, it is more of a retro easy-going cafe with high prices. We wish to bring the cafe closer to the community (target market) and offer prices the customers are able to accept.
    We do not change the entire nature, it will still be organic vegetarian cafe.

    Sure-I will try to help as much as I can.

    Yes, we have a business plan. We do NOT want to change the name. We wish to have a tagline for our promotion.
    Marketing Plan is in the process right now.
    Our promotion would include various methods and we will start with word of mouth first as it works the best here.
    We are looking into strategic alliances who we could cooperate with. Every month will be a different theme so there is an opportunity to promote (remind about) the cafe each month. We want to offer the venue (free of charge) to community groups (environmentally friendly, Guerilla gardeners, friends of the earth, animal rights, etc) plus screen 'alternative' films. as their meeting venue.
    Market - vegetarians, vegan, healthy minded people, businessmen for a quick lunch and outside catering, people doing shopping in the nearby markets. organic lovers. artists of all sorts (local) and tourists.
    New market - businessmen (lunch, catering), people from the networks of strategic alliances, passers-by who do not know of the cafe yet (it has not been promoted enough).

    we took over a restaurant/cafe that has the reputation of prices going higher, BUT the menu is not bad. Food is delicious. We would probably only alter it slightly / simplify it to meet everyone's needs (low, medium, reasonable priced meals).

    Vegetarians and vegans spend their money more wisely therefore would dine out where it is 'cheap'. Organically minded people will spend more because it is organic and organic produce costs more.

    I would like to have book lauches there, gallery with local artwork to make the place alive and more active.
    The difficulty is with the location to get new comers as it is off the main street (about 15m) and we are not allowed to put an A-frame on the main street, nor on the street where the cafe is located as the pavement is so tiny... I thought of having some lights at night but the place is the busiest at lunch time now and when it is bright people do not even look at the off-streets...
