In this competitive world of brands with their competitive offerings, is customer loyalty still an "in-thing" or is it the "word of the past"? With so many choices for the customer to make in a particular product category, can he be lured by competing brands by offering a higher value or will the customer stay loyal to a brand that he has been using for over the years? Today, is the customer still a brand loyal or is he become a perennial switcher?
