Name For A College Management Festival

We plan to organise a Management festival in our MBA college in India and hence we are scouting for names - english, hindi or other languages will do.

Could you guys pls help me in clearing this dilemma. The festival has management events for individual and teams and also has cultural events like dance and singing but the name has to be more management oriented.

Kindly give your valuable suggestions.

    Why not simply, "The Management Festival" or "[Your College's] Management Festival"? Unless there's a precedent for this type of event, it's going to be hard to come up with a name that reflects who you're trying to target.
