Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

We're looking for ideas for a tag line for a government program where the role of the program is to help employers pay for the training of their employees. The training has to be done by outside trainers, often from state colleges and universities. The program is called Custom Fit Training. It usually pays 50% of the cost of the training. It's administered through the state technical colleges, and is designed to stimulate economic growth by having more highly trained employees. The training can be on almost any topic imaginable, and any for-profit employer can apply for assistance.
