Need A Catchy Name For Customer Feedback Service.

Hi,
the essense of the service: a customer after visiting a shop/restaurant/drugstore etc.. is directed to us to express his opinion of the product/service he has bought.
If he fills in a survey he gets a bonus from the shop/restaurant etc... so he can buy with discount or get free items when visiting the shop/restaurant next time.
The benefit for shops/restaurants etc.. is that they receive customer's opinion and probably another visit from the customer.
Question: what can be the name for such service.
Some peculiarities: the servise is offered in Russia so I will have to translate this into Russian (it means some names, like playing with words, will not be useful).
Or maybe at least you can give me some ideas what this name can reflect.

    Hi,
    Listen this is a great concept u r looking into, it;s a service for the clients, and not for u...so no matter what u do, make the name reflect the fact that it is an option for YOU (Clients I mean). Afterall, they r getting rewards, for their opinion, which they would have given for free anyway.... and besides this whole thing is meant to benefit them through better services..right? but I don't know about names, the Russian makes it hard to give any names, but tag lines might help, so ideas for some Tag Lines u might use or get inspired from :

    "We make it better for you"
    "....the Ever-Hearing Ear"
    "Because we DO care"
    "Finally...You can be heard"
    "Help us Help you"(Jerry Maguire is famous even in Russia right?

    Thank you guys for yr replies. I think I was not clear enough. It is my fault. Although your answers are helpful they are intended for shoppers.
    This service is of B2B type, so my client is a SHOP and I need this name for him. To show him the value or to describe this service in a couple of words (to be able to market this service).

    For example: RETURNING CUSTOMER [implication: a shopper gives his feedback (it helps a shop to make improvements to make the shopper return) and in addition the shopper in reality returns to the shop to get some bonus. ] In a way he returns even twice.

    Sorry about this misunderstanding and I hope you will give me a few more ideas.

    Yes, bwolfert, it is correct, with small addition: this is me, who is offering this service to shops direct (shops are my clients).
    I have means to collect shoppers' opinion and deliver it to my clients (shops etc..). So I go to the shop and tell the owner: Look I've got wonderful service for you. It is called .
    I feel that the name should reflect 2 things: 1) shops get feedback; 2) shoppers have incentive to return to a shop again (they are promised to get bonus for feedback). So they come back and buy again.

    I know this may not seem simple, but I am sure the service should work.

    I think this should sound something like what you has suggested. It is difficult to say it for sure right now as I will be trying to translate iit in Russian and contemplate about it. :-)
