why is the corporate culture so important when contemplating introducing a new strategy into an organisotion?

Hi droops6,

the culture of any organization whether internal (culture) or external (culture) can tremendously impact the growth and development of an organization for the better or for the worse depending on it's positive or negative effects.

I've found after decades of research that Great culture within an organization can create amazing synergy. Eventually this will influence the type of passionate dynamics that cause great strategic alliances within and outside a companies influential circles.

The hugely successful organizations that are having the most influence in our world have strong culture working within the very fabric of their corporate and customer community. Is there anything else I can do for you?
