I have performed a number of different training meetings, though that is not the main focus of my work.

For example, I have offered training regarding web reporting, web analysis, search marketing and search optimization.

    In response to your question:
First, your question is very difficult to read. Therefore, it's difficult to answer. I don't want to assume that I understand all that you're asking. If you can take the time to re-phrase for any part that I may miss -- I'll be glad to step back in and respond further.

    Next, my response:
It's important to understand who your audience is when completing any type of training (similar to knowing the audience for any marketing message). You don't seem to mention the "who" ... however, your approach to the course outline seems appropriate for a general time management presentation.

Examples are always important when presenting new material to an audience. Additionally, participation during or after the example section often enhances the learning "take-away". Consider inviting the audience to provide some personal experience or possibly even break-off into a personal experience of your own that will draw the audience closer to you.

Lastly, always include a contact name so that individuals can follow-up with you after the class/presentation since some folks just won't speak up in a group setting.

I have taught many classes on time management. Here are some pointers:
    1) materials.. they need to provide information so students can remember the course when you are through and they drive home.
    2) adults have short attention spans, your class should be broken into a number of 20 minute sections.
    3) I like to involve my students in something before and after the presentation. I set up a special place on my website with additional information and additional resources.
    Hope this helps
