Service Firms That Excel In Customer Satisfaction

I need details/links of firms from service industry that excel in employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction. (Recent articles within past 4-5 months).

I have searched a great number of sites but although they give strategies to excel, I haven't found any that give a concrete example of a service firm in recent times that stands out because of its efforts to satisfy its employees and customers.

    I have two suggestions for you.

    JD Power (a McGraw-Hill company) rates various products/companies and you can find rankings by industry on their website --

    There's also a nonprofit org, Consumer Reports, that does its own buying/testing of products, and customer service is one of the category it rates. For example, they bought various computer brands and rated how they worked plus rated their technical support people and cust. serv. reps.

    You can probably borrow Consumer Reports publications (books and magazines) at a public library. You can subscribe to publications or subcribe to their website, which is supposed to have more info than their printed pubs., by their main link --
