He has described himself as a hard working realtor for working class people - he would like to get into some more upscale transactions though, so I don't want to box him in here. His target markets are first time buyers, those relocating from Anchorage looking for more reasonably priced housing, which is within an hour of the MatSu Valley area, and military personnel (there are a number of bases in the area). The area he works consists of small towns and the demographics state the average age is a young 29 years old. This agent is pretty laid-back, has a wicked sense of humour, and excellent business ethics. I like the idea of somehow conveying his trustworthiness, regular personal contact, helpful demeanor, that he'll look after all the details for a less stressful experience, etc.
Thanks VERY much in advance for your help. I'm beyond frustrated and he's requested letterhead and some marketing materials a.s.a.p. so I've got to get this hammered out.
