A Fun Lesson In Sales And Marketing

Hi experts,

How about a little fun to spice up your day? I thought this ebay ad [inactive link removed] was:
1. funny
2. a great lesson in copywriting, sales and marketing! (note the initial buying price and final selling price of a USED item. This guy has become a personality and therefore his own brand. He's going to open a personal website.)

Just thought I would share.

    I haven't done my requisite digging on this delightful parody. But I consider it an absotively fantabulous antidote to some of the copywriting and design wannabees that I encounter. To pique your interest, here's a snip from their About Us page:

    "If you call our office, the phone will be answered by a very disinterested intern, giving you the impression that we're too important to talk to you. Because we are."

    Great stuff guys! "huh" killed me. I especially like the about us section that talks about the e-movers and their iPods and espresso machines.
