Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I have started a new telecommunications company, called UniTech. We are a local company with a reputation for getting things done smoothly and knowing the right people to call in for other pieces of the puzzle (I do phone hardware and cable and partner with other companies for dial tone, email, WEB pages, etc.) Our niche is the hand-holding piece of it - our in-house tag line is "no drama" and the ubiquitous (sp?) "KISS". While these are important to our success, they are not really tag-line or slogan material. Our strengths are knowledge of the industry/product, ability to coordinate everything, follow up, and local presence (I have been doing this for 30 years.) My struggle is to have a tag line that connects a pretty generic company name to what we do (phones and cabling) and stresses our strengths - longevity, knowledge, on-going service, and coordination with all parties. I was reading some of the stuff on another ?? and was impressed with the creativity - I have hit a wall and have none.
