Well I've went on line in search of Marketing Curriculum programs that would help you accomplish your objective.

Has this been your dream to start a Marketing Academy? If it is you owe it to yourself to hire a marketing person who can at least can provide you with a solution that will work. A dedicate marketing advisor would be there for you to answer your questions. But what's really wise about this is that you can hold one individual responsible to aid in your direction and growth. Even though I've been involved in the Education and Training arena I would not dare attempt starting a Marketing University without hiring an expert to at least talk me through it.

In fact, if you are really serious about establishing a marketing academy in Bulgaria, why not approach the Institute for help - although based in the UK, they work with professional marketing teachers in a number of countries helping them offer professional qualifications to marketers.
