Tagline For Karachi City!!!!!!!

We need a punchline for Karachi city, which will be flashed on our website. My input is below ......just to start with........

The Economic Hub of Pakistan
The Mega City of Pakistan
The most investment friendly City
City of lights enriched with citizens’ delight
Advancements towards better Karachi
Transformation of Mini Pakistan into a Mega City of Lights

    I like "Advancing towards a better Karachi" Another idea is:
    Ancient culture in a modern economic hub

    I looked up Karachi on wikipedia.org and saw a lot of interesting information. That might give you some inspiration as well. For example, I had no idea Karachi is the 2nd most populated city in the world!

    If this is targeted towards people who don't know about Karachi, then interesting (random) facts would be useful.

    Otherwise, you'll need to figure out who you're targeting, and why. Are you trying to attract people to visit? do business? invest? buy real estate?

    What tone is your website? Formal? Playful? Traditional?

    Without knowing your market, it's almost impossible to find the "right" message. Figure out WHO you want to attract, then figure out HOW to attract them.

    Let me further specify that we are working for a project of city district government karachi for upgrading their current website i.e. www.karachicity.gov.pk ........
    The new website will be a complete webportal which will be a information hub for any one interested to know about karachi.......target audience can be any one wants to know about karachi.......mostly the ppl live in karachi for their complaints because citizens can also be able to lodge complaints and give suggestions through a complaint management system.

    i hope that this will further clarify the objective of the tagline...
    need more inputs please.
