Certifications For Marketing?

Are there any certifications available in marleting side? I couldnt think of any! i could think of Insurance, banking, finance, CRM etc etc; but marketing, no!

But i guess there may be some in marketing of IT/internet related products (not services)/technology products, so second part of ques is do you know any like these?

    Hi Kfrench,
    I am also interested to have more details of " other well-respected organisations " which offer certifications in marketing relating proficiencies.
    I am in the process to gain some certifications as these would be helpful for achieving International assignments..

    Is there specialised certification covering CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ?

    Am looking for certifications valid across verticals, related to general marketing activities. At the same time i must add that i dont know myself if there is any :)

    In CRM you will need to be industry specific i guess. there is one Microsoft certification available in CRM that i know.

    I'm not 100% sure I understand your question - is it about personal certification (i.e. a recognised qualification that shows that you know what you're doing when it comes to marketing) or is it about certification of marketing activity in an organisation?

    If it's the latter, then I agree with you in saying that I don't know of any.

    If, however, it's the former then there are many! Try these for example:

    I recognise that these are all UK based organisations but many of their qualifications are recognised internationally (that's certainly the case with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, for example)

    Hey bob i was looking at ur links, seems like it needs classroom sessions to be attended.
