What Kind Of Marketing Books (basic Level) Could You Advise Me?

I am writing from İstanbul and I wonder which marketing books may help me for developing my career. I am an executive secretary in marketing department and would like to learn "marketing" from its first step, I mean beginner level.
Also I'd like you consider my living place, Turkey. the books should be available in İstanbul.

    AS a supplement to any book you purchase/read, I would suggest reading the articles and tutorials on this site.

    Just go to the homepage and click on "Marketing 101" to get off to a good start. Some articles can only be viewed if you pay for a membership. Fees are as low as $5 for one month on up. It's definately worth the money.

    In addition, you should be able to purchase any books you desire via Internet stores such as Amazon.com and ebay.com.
