I am giving a talk to a group of fellow moms on fitness for the family and how to be a healthy role model for their children. I am hoping someone can help me come up with a catchy title.

    Think double meaning...

    "How to Whip Into Shape a Healthy Family"
    "Strengthening Your Family's Health"
    "Creating a Healthy Bond within Your Family"

    You will be able to double the interest of your presentation because the way people read into your title will vary per person.

    I like the dumbbells idea from mdlugozima!
    A couple others;

    Will they do as you say or do as you do?

    Giving away your shape!

    Shaping your children's inheritance.

    Figuring the shape of your family.

    Your family profile.
    (a profile silhouette of a paunchy person should make your point)
