Should I Send A Thank You Letter After A Phone Interview

Hi All,

Would you send or expect a thank you letter following a phone interview.

While we on the subject of thank you letters, any tips on how to maximize its effect.

    Yes, I think it would be a great touch! Telling someone you appreciate their time/input is a great way to increase your chances to be able to contact them again.

    How to make the most of it? PLUG YOUR BUSINESS!!! Always place a webaddress along with a short "blog" about company or service. If you really want to get proactive, offer a discount count for purchase (and allow them to pass it on to several friends/colleagues). This will take advantage of the "warm and fuzzy" by encouraging a return visit and a way for the person to share the experience with their friends.

    I send thank you notes, cards and written letters on my letter head all the time and I've gotten more value out of doing that than the law allows. What the others have recommended makes common men & women appear Great. Is there anything else I can do for you?
