    Hi g.umar,

    SWOT is a strategic management tool used to determine:

  • The (S)trengths and (W)eaknesses which are internal to a company

  • The (O)pportunities and (T)hreats which are external to a company

    there is a template on the microsoft website.

    just type SWOT into the search bar on www.microsoft.com
