Behavioural Problems Faced In Mktg Implementation

Posted by Anonymous on 500 Points
Hi,

Having been a month into my honours program and swimming in a sea of confusion, I feel the urge to come into KHE to see opinions and help.

I've chosen to help a professor in aiding him investigating in the field of marketing implementation.

After scourging the sea of marketing literature, I find a gap pertaining to "behavioral problems affecting success of marketing implementation"

1) What behavioral problems do you think is highly significant in context of services industry? (I'm trying to derive some hypotheses for my focus group)

2) Have you come across any journals, reports pertaining to this topic? (I understand the word implementation spans across not only the marketing field)

Thank you for your time and attention.

Kind regards,
Benny

Procrastination is likely the worst behavioral problem. So many businesses owners are so consumed working IN theor business than ON their business, they never get around to enacting on their marketing plans or marketing ideas.
