Boy, this really depends on what you class as 'meaningful' and what the brand of the place is going to be.

If you want that authentic western flavour --

    'Cheyenne Mountain Steakhouse'

If it is going to be a family-oriented spot --

    'Sizzle Family Steakhouse'

If you're going after the macho crowd --

    'House of Meat'

If it is going to be a high-end, fine dining place --

'Tip's' (a play on sirloin tip and the kind of short, single name that most fine diners are used to)

You get the idea. The name should reflect the brand, and you haven't told us what that is ...

Okay, here is an idea out of the blue ...

You call the place "High Steaks" and base the brand, etc. on the exciting and popular world of high-stakes poker.

The decor looks like a casino, with gambling paraphernalia on the walls, the larger tables made from old card tables (six-sided, glass over felt tops, etc.).

The menu uses poker nomenclature for the meals (i.e. the 12 ounce sirloin is 'The Big Slick', the surf and turf is 'The Full House', etc.) and the signature side dish is thin-cut home-fried potatoes (looking like poker chips) that are called High Steaks Chips.

The wait staff dress like old-style dealers with vests, sleeve garters, eye shades, etc. and introduce themselves as such -- "Hi, I'm Steve and I'll be your dealer tonight".

The area you provide for large parties or private functions is the High Rollers Room ... You host charity poker tournaments on the weekends ... The bill comes with an actual High Steaks poker chip for each diner (you can order custom sets of poker chips with your name/logo on them) ... You do cross-marketing and events with one of the many TV shows / magazines / clubs / websites, such as free poker lessons the first Tuesday of each month ... You get the idea.

I think this would appeal to the same demographic as the poker TV shows and websites -- mostly male, 20-40 -- that are likely your key steak consumers anyway.

As far as I know, nobody else has done this, so you can grab a unique brand identity as the first poker-themed steakhouse.

Hope that's helpful. If you use it, I like mine medium-well ...

Well done, Ghost Rider! You've put a brand on a cow for the second time, and this one didn't hurt! Your tips alone could filet whole restaurant. I would definitely lean your way on this concept and steer clear of anything else I herd.
