No disrespect, but this sounds like a homework assignment.

If that's the case, that's fine, but you need to be candid about the assignment and get the conversation going by sharing your thoughts and opinions on the subject and then looking for either validation or contradiction from professionals.

If this is part of your job, please share with us the nature of your business and how this research ties into your work.

Well they don't respond to customers in THAT way, that's for certain.

Depending on how "little" research you want to do...I would encourage you to reach "Pour Your Heart Into It". It's a great history of how the company was found and give a good idea of where they will go ....and where they went wrong.

Remember that nothing posted on the internet ever goes away.

Look to be blunt and get you to go do your homework...why don't you discuss their biggest change yet...the one that everyone talks about going GREEN

they just changed their entire cup manufacturing to be more bio-degradable and earth friendly. They even changed their coloring so that it brown. (more natural I suppose) This would be a big shift in my opinion considering it only recently started because everyone wants to save "mother nature"

so go research that...i'm sure it will be easy to find...and you should really include your email on your profile so that people who are interested in helping you can do so on a more personal level...
