Account Plan

I have been given 24 hours to develop an account plan for a telecommunication company in South Africa. How do I go about it?

Simply write a planning and goal setting strategy around the client's needs. It is a plan of attack really.

Sounds like a plan designed to prove your failure....unless you've been sitting on it for 2 months and you have 24 hours to save your job.

Go with Levon's suggestion.

Thanks guys for your help and assistance, much appreciated. FYI- It was for a job interview and they gave me 24 hours for the case study.
